✅ Six-Monthly Inspections – As required by AS1851:2012, all portable fire extinguishers and blankets are inspected every 6 months.
✅ Pressure Gauge Check – Ensure the extinguisher is fully charged and pressurized correctly.
✅ Visual Inspection – Check for corrosion, dents, leaks, and tampering.
✅ Weight & Date Verification – Confirm the correct weight and ensure the unit is within service life.
✅ Tagging & Recording – Each unit is tagged with a service label, and all results are documented in a logbook for compliance.
✅ Hydrostatic Testing – Required every 5 years to test cylinder integrity and ensure safety (where applicable).
